개요
더블린 시티 대학(Dublin City University)은 1975년에 기술 대학으로 설립된 후 1989년에 University로 승격하였으며 더블린의 북부지역에 위치하고 있다. 영어 약칭으로 DCU를 사용한다. 현재 학사, 석사, 박사 포함 약 12,000이 재학 중이며 특히 전자공학, 컴퓨터공학에서 국제적인 우수성을 인정받고 있다.
지원은 학교를 통해 직접 접수할 수 있으며 홈페이지(http://www.dcu.ie/international/non-eu-applications.shtml#dcu-rep)에서 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 지원자격은 전공마다 상이하며 외국인의 경우 공인 영어 성적이 필요하다. 대부분 IELTS 평균 6.5이상 (과목당 6.0이상)을 요구한다.

DCU is a young, dynamic and ambitious
university with a distinctive mission to transform lives and societies through

Entry Requirements
The minimum general entry requirement
for the majority of DCU programmes is the equivalent to a Leaving Certificate
grade C3 in two higher level subjects and grade D3 in four ordinary or higher
level subjects, to include Mathematics and either English or Irish.
Please note that there are specific
entry requirements for the Bachelor of Education (Primary Teaching) courses
(DC002 and DC003). All applicants must
present the following: a minimum of HC3 in no fewer than three subjects and a
minimum of OD3 in three other subjects to include HC3 in Irish; OC3 or HD3 in
English; OD3 in Maths.
