- BTEC National Diploma: DMM (Distinction, Merit, Merit) plus 5 GCSE Grade A–C including Mathematics and English Language

- Welsh Baccalaureate Advanced Diploma: 280 tariff points with at least 180 from two A-levels plus five GCSE Grades A–C including Mathematics and English Language

- European Baccalaureate: 70% overall with 60% in Mathematics and 75% in English Language (both written and oral)

- International Baccalaureate: 25 IB points overall including 4 IB pts in Mathematics at Standard Level; 4 IB pts in English Language at Higher Level and 5 IB pts in two additional subjects at Higher Level

- Scottish Highers: 2Bs and 3Cs at Higher Level including Mathematics and English Language

- Irish Highers: 3B3s and 2 C1s at Higher Level including Mathematics and English Language

- Access Course: Pass QAA approved Access Course with 60 credits, minimum 45 credits at Level 3 including 21 at merit + GCSE English Language grade C + GCSE Maths grade C. If studying Mathematics/English Language equivalent as part of Access Course then this will be assessed by the Admissions Tutor
